Halle Berry Vs. Sarah Palin – Halle Berry Wins!!!

VS.

What’s really funny? On the day that I write a post about Sara Palin, Halle Berry’s old Post in which she wins the Most Fabulous 40 somethings gets more views than Sarah Palin –More than twice the amount! That tells us where the minds of Americans are and just how distracted they aren’t by Sarah Palin and her announcement. Yesterday, my Sarah Palin quickie overview was only viewed 35 times compared to Halle Berry’s 85. To be fair it may have just been a crappy post. LOl! I’m not sure you decide. I guess we’ll see how it goes tomorrow. So far today…Halle Berry is winning!!! Maybe I’ll pit Sara Palin against against another topic and see who wins tomorrow.

Don’t be mad at me I’m just here tellin’ it like it T-I-Tiiz!!!

Palin Propaganda – McCain’s Mix-Up…What was he thinking?

The Republican Ticket

The Republican Ticket

I don’t care what anybody says. This is a stunt! Where the hell was she on the short list and the last year?

Let me just address each topic one by one:

Qualifications: While Obama & Palin may be neck and neck when it comes to foriegn policy (with Obama slightly ahead), there is something to be said about this fact. Palin is even less qualified than Obama. Isn’t this a little hypocritical on the part of the Republicans?

Getting To Know: The public has had over a year to pick apart Obama. We won’t even get 3 months to pick apart Palin and get to know her? Give me a break! People have more time to choose their cars!!! Again, wasn’t this a concern Republicans touted about Obama?

McCain’s Age: In the event that McCain kills over (the average life span in the U.S. for males 74.5), this is a possibility although he’s married and has access to the best doctors, it’s a valid concern. In this event…she’s our next President. If we want a woman President. I think America wants to choose their own female President and not have someone by default or irregular nepotism become the head of our country!

Gimmick: Be honest, there’s an appeal in having a female, she’s easy on the eyes, she’s somewhat of a maverick from what I understand, she’s someone no one has picked apart until the announcement, she’s got a good , track record, she’s young (the opposite of McCain). Why not attract soccer mom Republicans, guys who are easily wooed, those who like to get behind the underdog, those who like a good cause, and those who think she might just be a regular gal?

Ticket Pick: It is customary to fill in the gaps with your VP. But, this may be extreme. See GIMMICK.

The Scandal: Pressuring officials to fire her sister’s ex-husband (State Trooper Wooten) — an abuse of power in a deserved case as it would seem. Hell I woulda’ done the same and so would a lot of average Americans (at least that’s how they are going to side with her). Her 17-year old daughter is with child. She’s just like any other fearful mother who has experienced a nightmare. Raising a family is hard and she’s stuck by her daughter regardless. People are going to relate to that.

Thought: If you can’t watch your own daughter and govern a state how are you going to watch her and govern an entire country. As far as I’m concerned, that’s negligent parenting (although I don’t think the young lady deserves to be splattered all over the media. How is that for parenting? Palin had to know what she’d be putting her daughter through. Wait it might just be “IN” to be a teen parent who knows).

Finally, just because we like someone does NOT mean that they are good for the country. Hell, on first take I like the woman…but I need more than that.

Don’t get mad at me…I’m just telling it like it T-I-Tiz!!

Weighing in on the Democratic Presidential nominee!!

Posted on

I think the choice here is very simple. If you are tired of politics AS IS then Obama is the best choice as the Democratic nominee. Period. We have attempted politics every other way and this is the only way to break free of the mold. Gen Y are visionaries willing not to be defined by others, which is why Obama is the obvious choice for the majority of them. Gen X is somewhere in the middle between the Baby Boomers and Gen Y. They are torn between what they’ve been fed all their lives and their true desire to break free. All the other questions that seek to discredit Obama pale in comparison to our need for restructuring of current thinking and our government! I will Vote for a “Change.” Will you?
